​Georgette Fabric is suitable for designing scarves, stoles, upholstery, shirts, dresses and decorative items with its vivacious coloring effect.

It is often used as a sheer layer in a wedding dress over satin or dupioni. It is also used in blouses, ribbons, sarees, scarves, and lingerie.

As a general rule, georgette fabric can be hand washed in cold water with mild detergent and hung to dry In some cases, dry cleaning may be necessary.  Avoid leaving georgette fabrics in the sunlight for extended periods of time as they may fade.
