IMPORTANT NOTICE (EFFECTIVE APRIL 15, 2021)
In case lock down is enforced in India, especially in Delhi, due to Covid-19 or because of any other uncontrollable factor, after placement of order and or before shipment of the consignment there may be delay beyond control of ZS FABRICS in fulfilling the order on time. In such an event, ZS Fabrics shall not be liable to cancel the order and refund the amount paid for such order nor any compensation/any sort of claim on this score, shall be entertained.
ZSF, however, assures that as soon as lock down is lifted, the ordered fabric/s would be shipped without any further delay.
Due to the very quick nature of our business and different time zones, we process orders as soon as they are arrived. Therefore, while we understand that orders might be cancelled sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge.
Cancellation of Purchase Order
All cancellations will be subject to payment to Seller of reasonable and proper cancellation fees. Buyer may cancel any undelivered portion of any order by written notice to Seller in case of any discrepancies caused by Seller that Buyer cannot impact. Cancellation charges will be determined by the Seller as follows:
Non-refundable retainers “Liquidated Damages Clause (the LDC)”
I paid my 50% initial payment a few weeks ago, but I don't want the fabric anymore. Can I get a refund?
The non-refundable retainer ensures we are compensated for our time should a cancellation occur, for buying fabrics from our manufacturers and for the loss of opportunity for other work we've committed our time to your project. Therefore, the ZS Fabrics has the right to keep the deposits as liquidated damages to compensate the ZS Fabrics for expenses and losses which result from cancellation of Order by You” . LDC (Liquidated Damages Clause) is exactly that - NON-REFUNDABLE!
Our merchandise may not be returned or exchanged.
We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise. We will do our best to identify descriptions of colors ordered over the internet. However, we can not guarantee a match and can not accept returns can not issue refunds of miss-matched colors. If color identification is critical, we suggest you mail your swatch of the shade you wish to order.
Below, we have some FAQ's regarding defective items or items that were sent by us mistakenly:
1. The best thing to do is to contact us and inform us of the issue.
2. If we do not have the item, we will unfortunately be left to refund your order.
3. You may provide a photo showing the item is substantially defective or different than what you intended, and request a full/partial refund.
4. If the item doesn't differ too much from what you expected, a partial refund may be issued.

Our Return Policy is set up to protect our company and customers, which is why a time window of 30 days from delivery has been set.

- Cancellation Charges will be 18% of the amount paid in the purchase order, If a person wants to cancel his/her order BEFORE the consignment is shipped. Time limit for order cancellation is one week (7 days).
- Cancellation Charges will be 60% of Purchase Order assessed to the Buyer if products have been purchased by Seller, or services have been started.
- Cancellation Charges will be 100% of Purchase Order assessed to the Buyer if products are fully complete and ready to be shipped at the time (expenses are incurred by ZS Fabrics). Also, if the cancellation is done after 7 days (customer should be aware of this beforehand). Same thing can be said if the person who has placed an order does not communicates with ZS Fabrics for one week or more regarding cancellation. Therefore, the time for order cancellation gets expired after 7 days.
- The Seller may charge an additional cancellation fee if the cancellation of Purchase order has required additional special services and products.
