The Registered mail requires a signature upon delivery. The purpose of this is to provide legal proof that the letter/parcel has reached the person to whom it was sent in the event of questions of theft or fraud at a later time.
If you are not home when the mail man comes to deliver the package, you will need to go pick it up at the local post office or catch the mail man the next day so you can sign for it.

HOW THE FABRICS ARE BEING PACKED
Our parcel is ideally packed and enclosed in a reasonably strong case wrapper, or cover fastened in a manner calculated to preserve the contents from loss or damage in the post, to prevent any tampering therewith, and to protect other postal articles from being damaged in any way thereby.
The ordered fabrics by any of our clients are packed in a strong wrapper with an outer covering of cloth or a strong semi plastic pack. We send the fabric/s ordered by our clients via bolts which are double-folded continuous pieces of fabric that are rolled onto themselves, without any wooden log, cardboard or any other solid base to pack around it in between because it is very impractical to send international shipments with so much weight inside the package. Moreover, practically speaking, sometimes a heavyweight package can get damaged fast and easily while in transit from one country to another, therefore, we try our best to pack the ordered fabric/s in the best optimum way. In this way we also try save the environment in every way possible including by using less cardboard for packing the ordered fabric/s.
The fabric/s are packed very neatly to our best effort (*please note that it cannot be done via a machine, so it is done manually) but still, if any wrinkles may get on the fabric/s after receiving them then kindly bear and also try to understand that the shipment is being sent from one country to another (along with thousands of other exported things).
The fabric/s sent by us are always without any holes or defects or any marks (99.5%) but kindly note that some bolts from which we send the ordered fabric/s to our clients may contain sampling holes for quality control tests or fabric markings and the usable yardage is considered at least 90% (this is especially applicable to natural fiber fabrics where more sampling/checking is required due to the nature of the fiber being used), therefore, if by chance any of our client gets the ordered fabric with any holes or any mark (on a small piece of the ordered fabric) then please bear with it (it may happen in 1 out of 100 shipments which we send).
‘Wrinkles’ is a procedural phenomenon caused during handling, folding and dispatch. Those wrinkles flatten on normal ironing. Therefore, no complaint shall be entertained by ZS Fabrics on this account.

International Air Parcel Rates
- We ship across almost all countries worldwide. Products may be shipped either earlier or later depending on availability of product and other factors. In case of delay, you will be informed well in advance through email. All orders are typically processed and shipped every weekday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 4 pm Eastern Standard Time will be processed and shipped Monday. Please allow up to 3-5 days for your order to be shipped from our warehouses and to receive a tracking number. Once we ship your package, we will get on-line package tracking information via which you’ll be able to know its current status at that time.
- All "ready to ship" items will be shipped via Indian Registered Post (all fabrics) or USA Standard Post (only fabric samples/swatches) The shipment automatically gets insured when we register it. We always ship to the address you provide on this form. PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU NEED YOUR ITEM SHIPPED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS.
- The Int'l Express shipping charges calculated during the Checkout are ESTIMATED CHARGES ONLY
and will be increased based on the destination (from India to other country) and weight of the parcel
- You the buyer are responsible for any and all CUSTOMS charges as per the rules of their country. Due to the nature of these packages being shipped internationally, we have no control over CUSTOMS processing times or additional charges. Please check with your local customs office for additional fees. Again, you are responsible for all additional fees.
- By placing an order with ZS Fabrics, the customer acknowledges and accepts responsibility for the tracking of the package to be delivered to the destination given to ZS Fabrics upon checkout.

What is Redelivery?
Redelivery is how the Postal Service gets a mail piece/package item to you when it cannot be delivered the first time.
If you receive a PS Form 3849 - We ReDeliver for You!, this means that a letter carrier or PO Box™ clerk attempted to deliver an item or items to you where:

- A signature is required or postage and/or fees are required; and/or
- The item(s) will not fit in the mail receptacle; and/or
- The item(s) cannot be left in a secure place.
- NOTE: That in the event of a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by ZS Fabrics for re-delivery shall be claimed from you.
If a package/s got shipped back to us "unclaimed" (the customer was required to sign and didn't make himself available to get the signed item or didn't pick up the item from post office on time), we will withhold our shipping cost and 20% restocking fee from the refund.
- Please note that international orders typically take 12 to 21 days to be delivered. If tracking indicates that your registered package is still in the India, or is currently in transit, please be patient! Your package may be delayed by customs, or may simply be missing a scan.
- From time to time, USA Postal Service (USPS) and Canada Post are unable to read bar code scans for inbound registered mails for some countries: (India, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Turkey, Russia).

ZS Fabrics prices can be displayed in a variety of currencies, but all orders will be transacted in US Dollars by your credit card company upon completion of your purchase, and then converted to your local currency. Non-US Dollar order totals shown during checkout are only estimates of the final amount based on recent currency conversion rates to US Dollars and excludes any taxes, duties, levies or tariffs that may be imposed.
Why did my order come in multiple boxes or from multiple carriers?
We may ship your order to you in multiple boxes due to:

Those events permit ZS Fabrics to delay the delivery or service for the duration of the hindrance (within a reasonable time - usually within 30-45 days).
