SILK HABOTAI FABRIC
It is a lightweight silk fabric also known as “China silk” with a soft sheen basically used for sheer garments, scarves, pillows, banners etc. and is also used for lining purpose which makes a garment more comfortable to slip on and off gracefully.
It varies in weight from 5 MM to 10 MM or more; 8 MM is common. ZS Fabrics offer 11 MM, 13 MM, 16 MM and 21 MM.
It is also spelled habutae, hautae and habutai.

Dry clean or Wash; Gently hand Wash in lukewarm water; Dry Iron.
