​Eco-Friendly 100% Post-Consumer Recycled Polyester (rPET)​​
We (ZS Fabrics) procure from mills and factories that are: Certified by GRS STANDARD (Global Recycled Standard).
Recycled Polyester (rPET) has been developed using the clear plastic water bottles, or PET as the raw material. PET is the name of the resin used to make light, transparent bottles for drinks, juices, soap and etc. PET is 100% recyclable.

Recycling Facts:  10 plastic PET bottles = 1 lb (0.45 kg) of polyester fiber.
                                 Recycling PET bottles takes 8 times less energy than produce of new ones.
​Polyester fabric does not take kindly to the dyeing. It needs extremely high heat and even then, the efforts are not always successful. There is no guarantee that you will get the exact shade you want or a consistent coloration. Therefore, this is to inform our clients that we have stopped offering colored recycled polyester fabrics anymore i.e. we offer them only in natural white color without any coloration or dyeing (which we offered earlier).

DYEING SERVICE
​Custom dyeing (i.e. getting the ordered fabric in any color) comes with MOQ of 5 meters per color.

We does not accept orders for dyeing fabrics less than 10 meters in total (i.e. at least 10 meters to start the dyeing process).
