SWATCH SERVICE POLICY

We operate a Sample/Swatch service on our website where you can add samples/swatches to your purchase card with other your purchases.
We want you to be completely happy with your new project, so we recommend "ordering swatches" to help you confidently make your ZS Fabric purchase. Please use our Contact Form  or email at [email protected]  to request samples.

We offer up to 20 Swatches of in stock items and there must be at least 10 swatches per order (worldwide).

​While our offer is only up to 20 swatches, you can certainly purchase more swatches by purchasing our
FABRIC COLLECTION SWATCH SETS (variety of 20 packages available).

ORGANIC/ECO FRIENDLY FABRICS:

1. Regretfully, we no longer offer FREE Sample/Swatch in Organic Fabrics due to the unique characteristics of natural product and labor efforts.  However, we are happy to send up to 20 of our swatches for a small charge ($2-$8.00 per swatch) to match your Organic Fabric requirements. We do this in order to keep our production costs down as we send out dozens of swatches each week and it becomes expensive. Please contact us for further details.

You can get Organic Collection Set of 25 swatches of various organic fabrics. We don't specify which swatches and which patterned organic fabric are included because there are thousands of types with us but all the patterns/types are not always in our inventory (stock gets finished from time to time).
The best thing to do would be if you choose those 25 swatches from our website by yourself, send us your list and we will do our best to send you those swatches only (in the collection set). If any fabric is unavailable with us then a similar type other pattern will be sent, just don’t worry.

*Please note that we don't send swatches for the following fabrics:
Peace Silk, Handloom Fabrics, Organic Cotton Jute, Organic Silk, Organic Lotus, Organic Wool, Organic Hemp.Organic Jersey/knit, Silk fabric. 
 The minimum order is 5 meters only!
However, for the convenience of our clients, we have the option to purchase one meter of the above fabrics as a sample (whose swatches we do not supply). A client cannot buy 1/2 meter or 1/4 meter but he/she can place an order for 1 meter of the above fabrics as a sample. Kindly note that the price of a sample of one meter of a fabric is very slightly more as compared to five meters of that fabric. For e.g. 5 meters of SILK SATIN FABRIC (14mm/60gsm) is priced at $170 ($34 per meter) but if you or any other client will place an order for a sample one meter then it will cost $40 for a meter (you can see the price of 1 meter on the page of SILK SATIN FABRIC (14mm/60gsm) on our website).​

​Each swatch is cut from the roll, and measures approximately 3.5" x 3.5" (8.9 cm x 8.9 cm). Swatches will be clearly labelled with the corresponding fabric reference and color.​

1. Samples/Swatches and Shipping charges are not refundable!

2. We create requisite swatch sets from larger pieces of fabrics which are in our inventory or we specially arrange those fabrics from textile mills (with whom we do trading and who are recognized manufacturers) in the market, yet we restrict the cost proportionate to the swatch sets only.

3. In the event a specific fabric Sample/Swatch is not available or it is still in the production process, a close match substitute fabric swatch is sent.

​4. There is a possibility that we may sell out of a fabric before you receive your swatch.

5.​ There is no guarantee that purchased fabric will come from the same bolt as a cut swatch..

FABRIC DYEING

Do you offer dyed/colored swatches?
You can get swatches of fabric/s from us only in white color because the basic reason of swatches is to feel the swatches but if you want any fabric in any color then,  please email us at: [email protected]  for more details and for a quote.
