Polyester Georgette is an extremely light, floaty fabric with a soft draping quality. This Fabric is demanded by the clients for its an excellent finish, softness, skin-friendliness, wrinkle & shrinkage resistance, colorfastness, smooth texture and convenient washing. It is slightly translucent, silky smooth, and has a gorgeous billowy drape.

​It is often used as a sheer layer in a wedding dress over satin or dupioni, as it softens the outline of the gown and gives it an elegant and floating appearance. It is also used in blouses, ribbons, sarees, scarves, and lingerie.

*** Design/s or patterns visible in the pictures here (printed fabrics) cannot be chosen for Swatches/Samples fabric pieces. For Swatches we will of course give you the same fabric/s but not of the same design because the Swatches are just for the purpose for feeling and touching the desired fabric.

*** Availability of printed fabrics (design/s or patterns) depends on time factor, new stock comes often and previous stock gets finished, therefore, at the time of order, pictures of the available stock in respect to the desired printed fabric will be provided.
