A few fabrics are available in Chicago office and only swatches of those can be sent to you (IN USA). Please understand that only swatches (any fabric in meters/yards will not be shipped) can be shipped from Chicago to those people who are in USA (if those fabrics are available).
Just name the fabrics of which swatches you want to touch and feel, after that, we will tell you that whether those fabric swatches are available in Chicago presently or not. We will also try to tell you the suitable alternative/substitute, if any pattern/design is not in our Chicago stock. (After that you can place an order via our website).
Please ask us the availability first before placing an order! NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED!
AN IMPORTANT NOTE! (EFFECTIVE JUNE 1, 2020)
We wish to inform our customers of a change in our Shipping Policy and method due to universal Covid-19 virus pandemic.
The orders placed will be shipped via EXPRESS MAIL POST SERVICE ONLY and shipping via Air Parcel and packages remain suspended for the time being till the global situation improves and aviation service and flights start normally operate in India (without the impact of Coronavirus).
1) An additional invoice will be sent to those clients who have already made an order/payment on the website choosing other shipping method/s in place of Express Mail Post Service.
2) In order to save time, new clients should Contact us before placing an order for the fabric/s and after that we will send a final invoice to them i.e. they will have to make the payment only one time for "Express Mail Post Service".
