In case lock down is enforced in India, especially in Delhi, due to Covid-19, after placement of order and or before shipment of the consignment there may be delay beyond control of ZS FABRICS in fulfilling the order on time. In such an event, ZS Fabrics shall not be liable to cancel the order and refund the amount paid for such order nor any compensation/any sort of claim on this score, shall be entertained.
ZSF, however, assures that as soon as lock down is lifted, the ordered fabric/s would be shipped without any further delay.
